Uniting youth who understand what it is like to grow up in the Provincial Foster Care system
Uniting youth who understand what it is like to grow up in the Provincial Foster Care system
The NB Youth in Care Network seeks to connect youth to develop a sense of belonging and leadership among youth in the provincial care system.
The goal of the network is to unite youth in the province who understand what it is like to grow up in the system in New Brunswick. We help young people fit in, feel connected, have a voice, and thrive during and aftercare. NBYICN is filled with strong members and leaders who want to work towards building a better system.
If a youth wants to be part of the New Brunswick Youth in Care Network, they can self-refer, have a guardian, foster parent, kinship parent, home staff, or social worker fill out the intake form.
